The St. Paul Hanh League of Chapters’ Executive Committee extends our warmest greetings in the love of Christ to all Chaplains, Chaplain Assistants (religious and lay), Chapters’ Executive Committees, and Youth Leaders of all levels. In response to requests from various chapters regarding the organization of a convention for the 2 divisions, Companion and Knight of the Eucharist, with the approval of the league’s chaplain and executive board, we would like to inform all chapters in our league, our St. Paul League of Chapters Convention Nghĩa Hiệp II with the theme:
“I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because
without me you can do nothing.” – John 15:5
The purpose of this convention is to strengthen the spirit of unity, mutual support, and love for one another through various team-based activities. The convention will also include workshops led by priests and guest speakers, covering many practical topics to help participants learn more about themselves and grow in understanding, so that they may become witnesses for the Church in the future.
Location: Hilbert College • 5200 South Park Ave, Hamburg, NY 14075
Time: From 3 pm Thursday the 30th of July to 2 pm Sunday the 2nd of August 2026
Requirements:
Companion (NS) and Knight of the Eucharist (HS) members of the St. Paul Hanh League of Chapters (includes Knights of the Eucharistic who turned 18 years old during the 2025-2026 academic year.)
Is currently active within the Chapter (Will not accept those who have not been active for 6+ months or new member who joined for the purpose of this event)
Has recommendation from the Chapter’s Executive Committee and Chapter’s Chaplain, registration form, and VEYM Voluntary participation forms.
Fees:
$200 per participant paid before/on May 17th, 2026, $250 paid after May 17th, 2026
$160 per Youth Leader/Assistant Chaplain (Lay) paid before/on May 17th, 2026, $200 paid after May 17th, 2026 (Youth Leader must be currently active in the Companion/Knight of the Eucharist division or member of chapter executive committee)
Deadline: The deadline to submit registration is May 31st, 2026
