Tĩnh Tâm Huynh Trưởng LDPH - Bêtania XXII

  • Immaculate Conception Center 600 Liberty Highway Putnam, CT, 06260 United States (map)

Lent is the season when the Church calls all Christians to live the spirits of "silent prayer, quiet sacrifice, and sincere repentance". Every year during Lent, our Executive Committee organizes a retreat for all Youth Leaders, so that each of us may encounter the living Jesus who strengthens and increases our faith. The retreat helps us to understand the meaning of Lent and the reason why Jesus suffered and died for our sins. We invite all Youth Leaders to attend the retreat so as to re-enkindle the fire of faith within.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • This downloadable form can be found on the online registration page (see above). Please download and fill out the requested items on the form. Please contact your respective chapter president. He/She is aware and can guide you further.

  • This event is only open to active HT and HSTT who have already registered to attend Cấp I training camp. This is due to the limited capacity available at the retreat center.

  • The event is most fruitful when experienced in its entirety by arriving at the start time as stated in the announcement letter. We encourage participants to make their best efforts to arrive on time as the planning committee has taken a lot of time to plan the best for our participants. If, for extenuating circumstances, you are unable to arrive on time, then please contact Trưởng Ban Tổ Chức, Tr. Maria Ta, directly at mariata716@gmail.com.

  • If you have food allergies please contact Trưởng Ban Tổ Chức, Tr. Maria Ta, directly at mariata716@gmail.com. You may bring your own food so long as the food is properly packaged, labeled, and kept in the kitchen area. No food should be brought up to the common areas or into the sleeping quarters.

  • We are not mandating vaccinations or mask wearing at this time. You may wear a mask at all times if that is what makes you feel comfortable. We also encourage all participants to take a courtesy COVID-19 test prior to attending as a safe measure for fellow participants.

  • If you have had a direct exposure to COVID (per CDC that means, within six feet of the person, who tested positive, without wearing a mask), then you need to receive 2 consecutive negative-COVID PCR tests 2-3 days apart in order to attend. If you are unable to receive results in this timeframe or are exposed just 1-2 days before the event, then we ask that you stay home for the safety of all participants. Please refer to the refund policy for more information regarding your registration fees.

  • Per CDC guidelines, IF YOU were exposed to COVID-19 and are up-to-date with vaccination OR had confirmed COVID-19 within the past 90 days (you tested positive using a viral test), you do not have to quarantine, but do have to monitor your symptoms. If you do develop symptoms, within 10 days prior to the event start date, then we ask that you stay home for the safety of our participants.

  • While not required, it is highly encouraged for you to get a COVID PCR test to ensure you are not infectious prior to attending. Rapid tests are most effective if you are symptomatic. While not ideal, rapid tests may also be conducted. You will not be required to show proof of a negative test.

  • If you and/or someone from your chapter who attended the event tests positive directly after the event please contact our Trưởng Ban Tổ Chức, Tr. Maria Ta, immediately. He/She will be able to walk you through some questions and follow through with notification procedures. If a possible exposure does occur, then event participants will be notified immediately so that personal testing and quarantining can occur as needed.

  • If you are unable to attend due to non-COVID related reasons (i.e. personal reason, work schedule conflict, etc.), then a full refund (minus a $10 non-refundable fee) will only be issued for cancellations two weeks in advance. After February 18, 2024 refunds will not be issued except for COVID related reasons.

If you are unable to attend due to COVID related reasons (i.e. exposure, positive test, need to quarantine, etc.), then a full refund (minus a $10 non-refundable fee) will be issued.
